Watertown is an old New England town with a lot of variety packed into a few square miles — Arsenal, East Watertown, Coolidge Square, and the condo communities along the river each move a little differently. I track them all. I also specialize in Hamilton Place Condominiums, where I follow every closed sale in the building.
